Hmm, let me see, if I understand this proposed bailout correctly. The taxes we've paid would go to these manufactures to sell us cars we can't afford. Isn't that like double taxation? Fundamentally, I disagree with the bailout of AIG. There needs to be some enforcement of their expenditures. Hold those accountable where the money goes. When they deceive us and throw parties, there needs to be a mechanism in place that fines them the very same amount.

Back to the "Big 3 Automakers, while this will hurt alot more people, I feel they need to get in line like the rest of us and follow through with re-organization. eliminate their board of directors, and those getting paid for doing nothing. Most Americans have trimmed their expenditures, what makes the manufactures different? For far too long, we've sat by. Auto companies have made countless Billions of dollars. Where's that money at?

We've, never came to them with our hand out. Our economy is in a tail-spin. We "ALL" need to closely examine where and how we spend our money.
