Points to Ponder

First of all, I'm sure we all remember the Flintstones, right? So if Fred Flintstone realized a full rack of ribs would've turned his car over, would he have ordered only a half a rack? I suppose, it's something to think about.

Do you know what really burns my butt?. A flame on a candle about 4 feet high. Our tax money is being sent to those financial institutions who claim to be going under. They receive HUGE amounts of money, I believe it's about 140 BILLION. Then it's reported they are throwing extravegant parties, how's this permitted? Where is the accountability?

Jobs are being shipped overseas, or lost to the average hard working American practically daily. The very same people whos sweat and hard worked helped to make America a Great Nation. So what happened? Now the auto makers have their greedy paws out for taxpayer money. Doesn't anyone in Washington know how to say NO?.

I knew in 1974 when I worked on a assembly line for Ford Motor Co this was happening then. As I was replaced by a robot. Robots don't earn money or pay taxes. They don't stimulate the economy, just makes those on top more money. Money, they now say they don't have. Well that's too bad for them and they shouldn't be permitted to get Billiions of dollars in loans.

For far too long they've lived large at the expense of hard working Americans, who now can't afford to buy those cars. Let them all file for re-organizational bankruptcy and make them accountable to stay in business.
