The Greeley Tribune today has a nice piece about the attention about the attention that Greeley is receiving in the national media. The article even quotes yours truly, surely making himself sound silly. (The link is to a print view, because I had trouble finding a working link on the paper's homepage).

This follows a couple things, including a Rolling Stone piece. And a Good Morning America video.

Truthfully, I'm tired of the ads and the constant CNN blather about just how close this is, and of the Democrat talking points and the Republican talking points, and I am ready to have a drink and celebrate, if not victory, then completion on Tuesday. The Weld County Democrats are gathering at the Island Grill (9th St, and 8th Ave) after polls close, so get down there.

Oh, yeah. According to Steve Moreno yesterday, 19,095 people voted early (7,537 R; 5,504 D; 5,962 U) and 49,673 mail ballots are in (20,753 R; 14,323 D; 14,597 U) are in. If you have not sent your mail-in ballot yet, please drive it to the County Election office and deliver it by hand.
